Sean O’Hare is an entrepreneur in the private, nonprofit, and media sectors. His business interests have included real estate and manufacturing in addition to owning a franchise location of Firehouse Subs in Richmond, VA.

Most recently, Sean teamed up with Hollywood director Doug Liman (The Bourne Identity) and Late Night Host Seth Meyers to develop an unscripted show called Nothing Sacred for NBC, due in 2026. Sean also launched Ponder Media, which produces podcasts, mini-documentary series, and more. His own podcast, The Walkup with Sean O'Hare, will premiere on a new streaming platform in January 2026.

For the past 11 years he has assisted the Tim Tebow Foundation in the growth of the Night to Shine program, a prom for those with special needs, stretching to over 60 countries worldwide and over 750,000 annual participants. He served for 8 years as the Board Chairman for Students for Life of America and founded his own non-profit, the Beautiful Lives Festival, hosted in Brazil in support of the disabled, with over 2000 attendees. He has spoken at over 50 universities, including Duke University, the University of Chicago, and UCLA.

O’Hare graduated magna cum laude from Rider University, where he played Division One Soccer and received the President’s Award. Upon graduation, O’Hare was also selected to deliver the commencement address.
